Important: Do not ship the product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may result in loss or damage of the package, for which WENIC cannot be held responsible.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed for purchases made directly on our official website, wenic.co. Purchases made through third-party websites, platforms, or any other sales channels are not eligible for refunds.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
